This is an exclusive conducted technical tour of the BT Sport studios and facilities at Stratford in east London. There are 9 production galleries, with sound control rooms equipped with Calrec Artemis and Yamaha desks. Smaller facilities for off-tube commentary productions, an extensive Master Control Room, and the Central Apparatus Room are also areas, we hope, will be demonstrated.
Explanations of the integrated audio networking between the hybrid router with embedded audio to and from the Hydra and Dante networks will be offered, as will detail of the comms network run on a Reidel system, and its connections to and from outside broadcasts and the TX playout facility at Ericsson White City.
